Observant
Annabel is pretty observant. When I turn on the window air conditioner in her room, she asks me, "Where is the orange light? When daddy turns on the air conditioner, there is a green light and an orange light."
I couldn't figure out what she was saying until one day I tried to set the timer. There is a green light for cooling and orange light for timer.
Mei-mei also likes to hold my keys. When I place her in the carseat, she asks for my keys. Annabel tells me she'll hand them to me, when I am in the driver seat. And then she'll pass the keys to me with her fingers holding the right key. There are quite a few keys on there (two car keys that are the same...black one for my car and gray one for Nick's car). I had never shown her which key I use to drive. She must had paid attention to which key I put in the ignition.
