Wet and Cold!!!

We got a flooded basement (7 inches). Fire department pumped out the water but also turned off heater, water heater, and etc.

It's not fun to be without heater, hot water in this weather. Thankfully, everything is back on the next day in the afternoon.

Remove water, change sump pump, move things out, dry basement with wet vac and fans, shovel a path for the melted snow to go (outside the house).

Nick had declared state of emergency!
