Uncertain Future

For years, I wish Nick would put seeking God at a higher priority and be more intentional in his spiritual disciplines. Praise the Lord! He is more serious about his faith after the South Africa short term missions trip. God softened his heart. He was able to experience God and discover himself who God is.

Around the same time though, Nick's position at work became an uncertainty. While he is making progress in his spiritual growth, he is being attacked at other fronts. There were lies made about Nick's productivity at work. And the damaging annual performance evaluations were grounds for dismissal.

Do you believe in spiritual warfare?

The future has become uncertain for us. Will we have an income? Will we be in CT? One thing is for sure...we are thankful that we have our faith. I cannot imagine facing everything without God.

We are not easily shaken. God provides all our needs. Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." No matter what happens next, may the Lord's name be glorified!
