Alligators

After nap time, in the living room, Annabel told me there are alligators in the living room.

Abby called out from the dining room (doing homework), "Come over here! I'll protect you from the alligators!"

Annabel wants me to hold her hand walking over to Abby. I asked, "Why? Are you afraid of alligators?"

Annabel said, "No, I am not afraid of them. But you are. So, I need to hold your hand and walk you over."
